Star Wars battlefront 2 crashing

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When I’m playing capitol supremacy the game will randomly crash to Xbox dashboard.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/25/19
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:50
In what game mode did the bug occur? Capital Supremacy
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing Capitol supremacy on xbox one s
What happens when the bug occurs? Get booted from game to Xbox dashboard
What do you expect to see? A fix

When I’m playing I randomly crash at a random time and it’s annoying because I lose all the xp I earned.

    I have had this problem EVERY time I play BF2 since the last update. I could spend anywhere from 10 mins to over an hour in a CS battle and bam, I'm kicked out of BF2 completely to the xbox dash, ALL XP lost!!! This is a completely different kick than if my internet connection weakened and it boots me from the battle to the BF2 main menu, THIS kick puts me to my xbox menu and have to restart the BF2 game.

    I'm guessing no one has had a solution to this yet? I've done everything, reset the game, uninstall and reinstall, restore my licenses, rebuild my harddrive, etc. Nothing works, it HAS to be these updates and I have a 1TB PS4.

    I have been having the same problem. The only thing that has changed is the last update. I hope EA is checking these forums.

    Yeah sure in your dreams. I have the same issue on the PS4 and it's been going on ever since the new update.

    @You76686 I’ve been having this bug ever since the new update but for me it’s not just CS, it’s all the game modes but CS is the one I get the bug on the most. It’s extremely annoying when your doing good and having fun and it suddenly kicks you back onto the Xbox menu

    Since the latest update, I get booted out of battle to the Battlefront menu nearly every battle. (No, it’s not on my end. Connection on my end sends me to the PS menu & I have to load the game again. Connection on my end also disconnects the mic & my friends continue playing.) I can’t play like this. No XP during Double XP, no Credits, no 1st place on the podium, no nothing. Please address, EA.

    Also have this problem on PC since the August update. But no one seems to care that the game is unplayable on PC...
