1. started the game, pressed alt + enter to get out of the fullscreen
2. now everything is normal
3. went to the settings and disabled HDR
4. now its also working in fullscreen!----
... please fix HDR! in every game its working.

Does this help fix that for you?
If not, try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin as administrator by right-clicking on the desktop shortcut. Let's see if it's a program running in the background that's conflicting with Origin.How to Clean Boot your PC
