Community AdminMake sure you're entering the exact steps from the article. If you're outside the US you might want to try changing your region to there, too. This can be changed by clicking the flag in the top right of the page.
I did but there is only the call option

That's interesting. Can you try this URL instead? You'll need to fill your details manually, but it should have an email option.
Hey there, bought the digital deluxe edition but the beta didn`t show up in my library yet.
it seems it`s still processing...this takes forever :D
I preordered BFII on PC via Origin and I have neither received a code, nor is the game showing up in my libary.
also that link does not work, at least for me.

BEWARE GUYS! Only if you bought the game before 1st of October you get early access. Great marketing * made by EA....I canceled my Preorder immediately!
Yeah weird move, won't preorder again.
Weird how I bought the game on the 30th on ORGIN and yet still do not have access. It's your system, I should not be having these problems since I didn't preorder from a third party. Furthermore, you closed out my one ticket without it being resolved, and I can not create a new one because your help server must be screaming for help, as i'm stuck in submitting the form. So know I'm making posts in here hoping someone will see and fix my stuff.
