STAR WARS Battlefront 2 LONG LOAD TIME

Hello,

The load time at the beginning of launch before I get to the game's main menu takes about half an hour.
I am currently using ShadowPC with 300 mb/s internet.

CPU:  Intel Xeon(R) E-5 2667 v3 @ 3.20 Ghz (8 core)

RAM: 122988 MB 
SSD: 40 GB left of 225 GB

VRAM: 16gb ; NVIDIA quadro pro P5000


DirectX12 is disabled in the game's settings. 

I checked the network activity of the game via task manager and it shows a network activity of 0
so it's literally not loading anything from a server. 

And when I get into the game's menu it says:
Error Code: 721

Failed to connect to EA servers

    In regards to the connection issue, everyone is having the problem right now.

    Having the game on your SSD helps, but this game has always been Very CPU intensive, especially when loading the game and levels. Your CPU is pretty old, and you might want to look at upgrading as this game doesn't have great optimization in regards to CPU activity while transition between screens. Regardless, your system specs are below the minimum and will experience issues until you upgrade.
