Summarize your bug I paid for the Celebration Edition in 2019 to unlock cosmetics, and after updating to V1.49 all my cosmetics have been lost. This included both items I got in the celebration edition and items I earned with credits.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk perform the update, log in, and find all your cosmetics have been wiped.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every single hero and trooper cosmetic I have ever earned or purchased has been lost except for two event skins for Luke and Leia.
What do you expect to see? Every single hero an trooper cosmetic I have ever earned or purchased with money to be available to use, since I, you know, paid for/earned them.

I lost every cosmetic, emotes and voice line after the V1.49 update. I earned a fair amount of them before I purchased the celebration edition, for which I cannot re download on PS4. I played the day of the update and everything was fine, the day after it was all gone, meaning im out $30 and a whole lot of playtime.
