I've run into this problem in every online match, every mode (Minus star fighter since the wait time for a que takes forever for any match let alone a big one like that)

There are times when I forcibly turn off and on my controller through the PS button and I get to move 2 steps, then it freezes in "Observe Mode" as I like to call it. Makes for pretty scrappy times in Hero's and Villians when you are the target getting killed unable to even RUN...
