star wars battlefront 2 opened crates dont give reward

Hi, i just bought Star Wars Battlefront 2, and played campaign. Its short but amazing i loved it. Still after completing  campaign, when i trying to open reward boxes its opening, but dont show any ...

I'm having the same issue,the game is up to date and still the rewards dont show up, whats the fix for this?
