I finally found a fix to the Xbox One version. Make sure you're closed out of Battlefront 2
1. Go to Xbox One home screen
2. Go to My games & apps
3. Hover over Battlefront 2
4. Hit the start button (directly to the left of the X with 3 lines)
5. Go to Manage game
6, Uninstall all
7. Go to Saved data and then hit delete all which should be your Gamertag around 2.9 MB or so and reserved space which is around 4 GB (this will not delete all your current progress)
8. Reinstall Battlefront 2
Now you will notice that every time you quit the game your progress will currently still be saved. No more reset of arcade, campaign & star cards/emotes/victory poses

Same issue here
I currently work around this by playing the game in chapters. So I just start the current chapter that I left with and won't be disappointed that it's not saving. It's just interesting that such a bug still exists after a year! 🤔
- 5 years ago@zorniki77 It still exists in 2020. Yesterday I installed and played until Endor escape. Today graphic settings and campaign progress are gone.

So when I had this issue I ended up calling customer service for I think Xbox and basically what had happened was that my data wasn’t syncing properly, so they had me do something about removing the game and all of my cloud data or something... whatever it was I did it worked, but this was like three years ago now so some of the details have slipped my memory but that was the gist of it.
