With this new "progression" system, that begins March 21st 2018 those who were guaranteed "duplicate" credits would be as @EA_David stated in January " missing credits will be granted retroactively once the issue is fixed."
According to the information presented:
"Since release, "we've been hard at work making changes based on your feedback to create a better game for all our players"- So since November 17th 2017 there really was no fix to fix the duplicate credit issue.
Star Cards, or any other item impacting gameplay, will only be earned through gameplay and will not be available for purchase.
- As stated, Credits that were not provided, even if returned cannot update Star Cards
Crates no longer include Star Cards and cannot be purchased
- I fail to see what the benifit will be of returning missing credits if they cannot be used.
I cannot believe the members were not told this information for 120 days.
Stardate 95806.2 - 8 years agoAny "major" patch fixes for this update? In 3 more days, my game will mark a straight month of me, not being able to play it ever since the Feb 19 update came out. Is almost like I payed $80 dollars just to see the main menu crash. This is all xbox, not pc. I been considering a refund directly from EA since my game isn't playable at all. I'll see if this update "progresses" me getting past the main menu ☺

EA Seriously no mention of this duplicate credit issue ?
I reached max rank last week and have not seen a single credit from duplicate cards and now I have to grind the hell out of each class to level them up.
If I received the duplicate credits as they come over the course of the game I would have had all the star cards I wanted at epic by now.
Seriously no mention of this issue ? why didn't they just fix this 4 months ago it would not have been that hard and now they have just let it go and left all these players affected at a bigger disadvantage. EA suck rooster !

Not sure if your problem is patch content related, could be a corrupted patch install. I have Xbox and haven't suffered this problem. Did you try deleting your local saved game file and then restarting? If so, have you tried a complete re-install? Does the crash give any Error messages?- 8 years agoI have a forum post made which is called " Feb 19 patch broke my game ". In short answer, my account is broken since no one can't play that game on my account because of the crash. The crash gets no error code because it crashes me out of the game and not the server.

- 8 years agoI know this sounds crazy but I have a strong feeling that I'm the only one with this issue. EA told me to wait for the March update which I did and it had ZERO effect at all to my case. Just today as well, I went to another of my friends house to have a good time and I told him about my problem with Battlefront 2. This is the third friend that has had my account in their xbox and he also saw how my account froze on the menu screen and then crashed me back to xbox home.
I'm telling you and anyone else that's concern about my case. My account is the core issue and the Feb 19 patch has some correlation to do with it since that was the day that my game has become unplayable. I have xbox clips of me playing Battlefront 2 a day before the patch as well.
The EA expert team is working for a solution but I honestly think that my data will be deleted or my problem won't ever reach a solution. I guess out of all the people who purchased the game, I was the only one who can't play it, it's been like for more than a month now.
