@pedromyahi11- Just had another thought about your problem. Have you tried a re-install?
I suggest the following>
1. Remove just the game files and the 4gb reserve space from your Xbox leaving the game save file intact.
2. Re-install the game but do not update or apply any patches.
3. Log into game (if the problem still exists then we are back to square one and you might as well apply all patches).
4. If you logged in OK then check to your milestones. If they are there, collect them all if you can.
5. If all the prior is going ok, then quit the game and restart just to make sure. If all is still working, then quit again and install each patch/update one at a time. Log into game after each patch just to make sure your problem hasn't returned and you have retained your progression.
I know this is a long winded process and there are a lot of IF's but my thought was to get your back to the state when you could play it i.e. uninstalling all patches. The only reservation I have with this is if you purchased a digital version then that copy may have been auto updated on the Microsoft store (or not). The disc version obviously will be clean of all patches. I know of one other person who has the same problem and has tried a reinstall which didn't work for him but I am not sure if he allowed the game updates to install again as he wasn't aware of the milestone issue at the time. Anyway, let me know the result.
