Please post a picture of where you believe it should show you own Celebration edition. I can tell you from personal experience that it doesn't show it where you would normally expect it to.
Also, what Celebration content (in the game) do you believe you do not have?

Also if try to install the game from the Epic store it opens up the EA APP and then starts to download the standard edition from the EA app, not celebration.
Last time I had the game installed I had the full celebration edition installed before I removed it because of space.
Now I've finished other games and wanted to install it again.
It's also showing I don't own it outright but only through EA play with Xbox membership even though I've only just renewed Xbox ultimate a week ago.
Not too concerned about that because all my other games show the same thing and I could still play those fine when Xbox ultimate had lapsed and right now they show the same thing.

You may need to contact EA support directly on this one. There may be some weirdness with your account that they need to sort out.
