Star Wars BF2 - Keyboard not responding!

When I log in a session in Star Wars Battlefront 2, my keyboard isn't responding to the gameplay which leaves the character just standing there. I've tried to update the game, deleted and re-download...

    Hi, do you use discord? This problem is caused by discord recent overlay update. Just go to discord user settings > overlay > turn off.

    If you do not have discord, do you use other overlays besides Origin?
