star wars BF2 skill points all lost

Summarize your bug I return to play after a few months off, and I saw that new way pf getting cards. I had 40 skill points, I used 3 on Darth Vader, 1 on the Specialist, none was counting, I should have 38, and then, they dropped to zero, nothing. I asked and advisor, told me about synchronizing due to being off. Ok, I do what he says, and nothing, I do all the following e-mail said, and I still don't have any of my skill points. The game mode was none, I was on the Collection. The item are not store & crates, but skill points. I've chosen Galactic Assault to chose anything

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just need to look at the 42250972 code of the first notification, and you just have to enter, and see that I have no points, that the 5, 4 of July I had 40, and after login again cleaning the cache as the advisor and all the email said, used four on July 6, and 0 points. So, 5 July 40 point, 6 July, I spend four, and goes to zero.
What happens when the bug occurs? Happened don't need to happen again, I lost all my skill points.
What do you expect to see? My remaining 37 points that I should have, nothing less.

After a time off, I returned to play, and saw the skill points, the new system, and I thought "wow, have forty skill points, to transform and get the cards I want, not like with the random chests" .
So, I spent 4, 3 on Vader, 1 on specialist, none of them, made the skills points number go, 40,39,38,37, it was still at 40, and then zero.
Did all the advisor told me about synchronizing after the time off, and nothing.
Almost two weeks have passed and nothing, first a chat that no one answer just to say, sorry technical issues and shut it down, and now that you can't even click.
So I ask here, maybe some went through this, and recovered his/her points.
I don't even want to play 'cause, I'm afraid of the game getting synchronized at 0 skill points.
I want my 37 skill points, please someone enlighten me on this.

I remember where those points appeared in a white tone. I'm talking about the new line that appears below the lvl of each class, whatever you select, in blue and named as skill points, there I had 40. I didn't had to transform anything I got the auto transfer of on the patch.
Thanks for your help, but it was in fact skill points, as I don't spend one, I used four skill points.
I leveled 3 cards on Vader, and one on the specialist, but with my trooper I could craft a lot of them, didn't make it though, not to rush at first, but also because I saw that the number for the skill points didn't go down to 36, they stay at 40 still, and used 4, then all of a sudden 0 skill points.
That's why I spend one on the specialist, to check if the numbers did go down, or not. Was checking if they were global or class based, but wrong, didn't count at all.
