Hi Guys, I've had the same problem. INSTALL THE MEDIA FEATURE FOR YOUR WINDOWS. THEN ITS DONE!

I've got the same Issue, all your advices to troubleshoot ARE NOT WORKING, so whats wrong with guys?! Feature Pack -> installed. All the windows-updates -> installed! Error massage -> THE SAME!!!! 50 Bugs for a peace of *? I'll never buy again from EA!!!
