starwars battlefront 2 Monitor problem

I have a problem. When i launch SWBF2 my 2nd monitor buggs and the game takes around 5-10 minutes to launch. While this is happenng my other pc screen buggs aswell. When im finaly in the game my pc screen blacks out every 5 seconds and the game is unplayable. i have tried messing artound with the settings in game and repaired the game but nothing works. I have even tried to power off my 2nd monitor when launching the game but it doesnt help.

( I also have this small problem when i play battlefront my mouse rgb turns off, it doest bother me that much but i thougt it was a good idea to put it in here )

I have played the game before i got my main monitor and it wored just fine so im a little big annoyed that i cant play one of my favorite games.

  • @mans4201 Final update: For some strange reson this acualy worked. I cleared my c drive a bit then the game ran just fine. i still needed to shut off my other monitor (but that doesnt matter, i only have discord on it anyways)
The lights in the game seems a little off but you can surely fix that in the settings. Anyways now i got a working game and a cleaned c drive so a very happy ending lol.

    Hey @mans4201,

Thanks for your visit to the forums & sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with SWBF2 on the PC.

Are you using somekind of in-game overlay by any chance? Either Origin, Steam or Discord maybe?

*Also regarding the RGB of your mouse: are you using a Logitech or Corsair mouse by any chance with LogitechGhub or Corsair iCUE installed?
  • I have disabled all overlays (turns out i had steam overlay on) and i will update you later if it works.

Regarding the rgb on my mouse i am using a logitech mouse with Ghub installed so that seems to be the problem. But relly it doesnt matter becuse the mouse still works fine. Thx for the help

@mans4201, yeah I am curious for the update of things!

I was indeed asking about the Logitech Ghub, because this is a setting in the Ghub itself (I have the same). It's called "Allow games and applications to influence lighting", or something along those lines. You can find this option in the Ghub settings. 🙂
  • Update: I tried reinstalling the game aswell now but it seems like it doesnt help the problem. When i installed swbf2 on my C drive it worked just fine so im wondering if it has anything to do with me moving the game to my d drive? so ill try making space in my c drive and try. One other game that i downloaded also had a simular problem when it was on my d drive. But PC BUILDING SIMULATOR ran just fine on my d drive. Anyways Guess ill have another update soon🙂

(Atleast i got my rgb working thx for that btw)
