STARWARS BATTLEFRONT II Preorder bonuses

Hello! My name is Sean and I have played all the battlefronts since I was a kid. I’ve had Battlefront II for years now and always wanted the preorder skins for Kylo and Rey but figured I would never be able to seeing I lost my chance for the preorder. Just recently I got the urge to find a way and saw you can buy preorder codes online but didn’t like the idea of that so I decided to find the Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition and bought it, eagerly installed it to find out that I didn’t get any preorder bonuses from the physical copy disc, I was kind of upset and l searched around the web with little to no help, even contacting Microsoft and EA over the their twitter support pages. I then saw the Celebration Edition and did some research online, someone posted a video of having Rey and Kylo’s preorder skins from buying that edition so I did it, just to be disappointed again. I was wondering if anyone can help me or even EA possibly? I feel like I had sixty dollars taken from me and all I wanted was a character skin lol.
