Stuck in launcher

Not launching - stuck in launcher with the message the loading screen for the game starting but it is an infinite loop... also happens with PVZGW2 for me. I have both from different launchers, Epic and Steam, so I don't have them from EA App itself and that seems like a problem. I miss playing those games so much, so if anyone can help me, I would be so thankful! Those games were my childhood man...
