Stuck looking up and spinning around, only keyboard works

Recently when i enter into any match, my character looks up and it get stuck there spinning while looking up, i did everything, reinstalling game, Origin tool to fix, driver updated, moving document ...

@kingvahe You should be able to open the Start Menu in Windows and click Settings there, then select Devices to see a list of the devices you have installed. You may need to try removing the virtual joystick from that list.
