Stuck on loading screen Xbox One

Star Wars Battlefront 2. on Xbox One X. sometimes it would just freeze up via loading screen (exiting from game session), I noticed it kept doing that from time to time.. It's for Xbox One X, on disc-based game, try playing Blast game mode, then when finished, quit, and see if loading screen get stuck. It may not be only Blast, I noticed it happens with another game mode too. What happens when the bug occurs? It freeze up. What do you expect to see? Nothing but loading screen Please select your region North AmericaAMD or Nvidia Model Number ‌So I have this game on Xbox One X, I was playing Blast mode. I figured maybe that terrible lag I was having yesterday would go away so, the game is on disc, I do not have it on digital. it would freeze up from time to time whenever I leave/quit the game session, I noticed this happens ONLY when I quit the game session.&nbsp;Please fix this. thank you.&nbsp;

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with SWB2 on Xbox One.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?&nbsp;🤔 I have a few that you might want to try out.

Power cycle your console.
Delete cloud saves for SWB2- On Home, pull the right trigger, and then press A to open My games and apps.- Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.- Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.- Choose Delete everywhere.- Restart Console.
Reinstall the game.
Reset Xbox to factory settings but keep your games and apps.

@EA_AtaashiI know you mean well, but this bug is present since May, and nothing solves it on our end. We posted countless of threads on it, doesn't matter which gamemode, or if it is a digital or disc-based copy. If I recall correctly, the platform is also irrelevant, and it happens on PC and on both consoles.Game just can't return to the main menu, most likely caused by some change the first Han Solo patch contained.

I'm sorry if I sounded repetitive this time, but yes, we've been keeping track on this problem for a very long time&nbsp;😞

Xbox One version seems to be the most&nbsp;affected from all of the platforms and with every new player reporting this we need to check that at least the basic troubleshooting steps have been done.

I just bought Star Wars battlefront 1 and 2 and I didn’t know it crashes so much. I bought them a few days ago and had to restart several mission due to it glitching but now I can’t progress in &nbsp;campaign mode because it freezes and crashes it won’t even get past the loading screen on campaign mode it even shuts off my Xbox one when it freezes no other game I have does this? Not sure why this problem wasn’t fixed a few years ago when it came out. Sorry if I’m coming off has rude but when people buy games they expect to in joy them and I like the games what I can play anyways.&nbsp;
