Stuck on loading screen

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When I exit a game it won’t bring me back to home page. Will display loading screen for 15-20 sec then blank screen with the loading icon still in the upper right corner. Been waiting 10+ min and still no progress. Have to close the game and re-open it to play another game mode. Unacceptable. Happens with all game modes I’ve played so far.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DarthDeadpool21
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 5/18/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 2:00pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Currently using Xbox. Play a full game or two and then exit the mode. Should show up for you, unless my game copy is corrupted
What happens when the bug occurs? There is a blank screen with the loading icon still in the upper right corner. This follows the normal loading screen after quitting a game.
What do you expect to see? The home page after no longer than 30 seconds.

I have to close the game out to switch to another game mode because this blank loading screen won’t bring me to the home page. You people at DICE need to get you * together. I love this title but the bugs are killing it.

     If I back out of a match it'll hold me on the loading screen so I have to quit the game and restart it.

    Same issue here with PS4 when I play Galactic Assault (only pvp I currently play). Has been happening since last week. I'm in the Europe area/server (Netherlands)

    Exact same thing happens on PS4. Has been happening for ages. As it happens so often it should be easy to track down, surely? 😡

    This has always happened. I don't know why it's so hard to leave a game and get mack to the main menu.

    Same thing happens to me on xbox one x. Extremely annoying having to constantly quit the game whenever I want to switch to a different game mode.

    I've had this as well. It seems to happen randomly, couldn't find any cause yet.

    Same here.

    More often than not I have to force-stop the game (PC) just to play another mode. I enjoy playing Battlefront II in spite of EA's best attempts to prevent fun, but it would be great if DICE could make it a little easier to, you know, play it...
