Stuck on loading screen

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug When I exit a game it won’t bring me back to home page. Will display loading screen for 15-20 sec then blank screen with the loading icon still in the upper right corner. Been waiting 10+ min and still no progress. Have to close the game and re-open it to play another game mode. Unacceptable. Happens with all game modes I’ve played so far.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DarthDeadpool21
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 5/18/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 2:00pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Currently using Xbox. Play a full game or two and then exit the mode. Should show up for you, unless my game copy is corrupted
What happens when the bug occurs? There is a blank screen with the loading icon still in the upper right corner. This follows the normal loading screen after quitting a game.
What do you expect to see? The home page after no longer than 30 seconds.

I have to close the game out to switch to another game mode because this blank loading screen won’t bring me to the home page. You people at DICE need to get you * together. I love this title but the bugs are killing it.

    I have had this happen twice today on xbox one x.  Once leaving extraction and again leaving starfighter assault. This issue needs to be fixed.  I shouldn't have to completely quit a game and restart it just to play a different mode. 

    Can someone please update us on the status of the fix for this issue?  It has been going on for far too long.

    It's something our specialists will looking into as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we've received some similar reports concerning Battlefield 1.

    this is still a thing, also on PC.

    Happens to me almost at least 75%, when i leave a Multiplayer HvV game.

    closing the game and restart is the only solution to that.

    With today update do you still have the same issue with getting stuck on loading screen, 

    If you are, what platform are you on? 

    Have you done any troubleshooting to try to solve it?
