I suggest you attach a DXDIAG report, so we can see what we're working with.
Here you go. Hope this can be remedied quickly because I leave for basic training in two days so I don't want to have to refund this.
Your graphics driver is significantly out of date. Make sure your entire PC is updated to latest drivers/software.
Also, you need to free up space on your C drive. You should have at least 10% free space.
The Diagnostics section of the DXDIAG report shows multiple applications having issues. I suggest you look into those.
