When at the start of the round is anything maxin out for you in terms of temps/performance on your system also are using dx12?

My drivers are current. I have a Threadripper 1950X CPU with a GTX 1060 6GB. I tried to replicate the situation, and the game improved as there are only a few stutters once deployed and disappears after a small interval of play time. Temperatures are good. The stutters happen with 0% GPU usage and 100% CPU usage between 4 cores and 8 threads. I disabled DX12.
The problem still occurs with stutter and low frame rate, but it disappears after about 1 minute.
