Stuttering,1s freezes in DX12 mode and high memory usage

Summarize your bug The game is using around 3-4 GB more memory from the beginning and keeps allocating more. This will eventually cause it to use the pagefile more often and the game will have more stutters and small freezes because of this.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game in DX12 for a few rounds and load multiple maps.
What happens when the bug occurs? Increased memory and pagefile usage, the game is having performance issues.

This crash has been fixed, but the game is still having memory management issues and memory leaks in DX12.

For some reason the allocated memory (around 15 GB) is not freed up and the game keeps using the pagefile which is causing small stutters or freezes sometimes. My pagefile usage reaches 40% usage while normally (in DX11) it's under 5% even after hours of gameplay. Even when I load the first map, the game is using more memory compared to DX11.
System:
AMD Ryzen 2600, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, RX Vega56 with the latest 19.5.1 Driver
