Run System File Checker [SFC] scan on the computer which will replace the missing or corrupt files & check if the issue persists.
- type ‘cmd’ in start search box. Right click on cmd in the Program list and then select the option Run as administrator.
Note: if you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
-type the command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow

NOTE If the System File Checker [SFC] not solve your issue, you can use the DISM command on windows (this commnad work only in Windows 10 and Windows 8) to repair the underlying Windows system image.
To run this command, open a Command Prompt as administrator. Type the command and press Enter.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
DISM will check your Windows component store for corruption and automatically fix any problems it finds- be patient , it takes a while🙂
