First thing to do -  update your Windows completely.(very important)

After that if your issue persists uninstall VC++ 2015 and then reinstall VC++2015.

Restart your machine.

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2 

NOTE if your issue persists clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

Restart your machine .

Perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I did all that , nothing, i think im cursed . Thank you so much though i think ill just gonna throw the computer out of the window.

 Run System File Checker [SFC] scan on the computer which will replace the missing or corrupt files & check if the issue persists.

- type ‘cmd’ in start search box. Right click on cmd in the Program list and then select the option Run as administrator.

Note: if you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.

-type the command, and then press ENTER:

sfc /scannow

How to use System File Checker look here http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833  Don't forget to restart your machine after you done.

NOTE If the System File Checker [SFC] not solve your issue, you can use the DISM command on windows (this commnad work only in Windows 10 and Windows 8) to repair the underlying Windows system image.

To run this command, open a Command Prompt as administrator. Type the command  and press Enter.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

DISM will check your Windows component store for corruption and automatically fix any problems it finds- be patient , it takes a while🙂

@SomeRandomPinoy Hi, did you try the steps listed? Updating Windows and trying the scannow tool should help. 

I've tried everything from yt videos to these posts and ive had a tiny bit of progress but the progress is just the origin client asks for admisntration and thats it. 

I've found out that it tells me im in game but i havent found any background programs or the game anywhere.

Aight found the issue. I just had to install some media file or whatever in the download/setup files of the game. After that I just turned off Discord Overlay and boom now im lvl 28 with officer

I had the same issue. I tried every possible solution what I found on the net but I wasn't able to solve the problem. As the problem came from Visual C++ packages I tried to uninstall/reinstall/remove DLLs/run in compatibility/run as administrator etc, but I wasn't able to solve the problem. I read on multiple sites to delete the msvcpxxx.dll files and some other core DLLs escpecially from SysWOW64, but I strongly recommend you to avoid this solution as it will ruin your system, because the marked DLLs are core files. This try also haven't solved the problem, but if you delete a DLL, you won't be able to restore your system files (first you have to set yourself as the owner of the file instead of TrustedInstaller, which can't be restored later, even if you make a backup from the original file and if you delete the DLLs you have to register it in the system, but regsvr32 always kick you back with "DllRegisterServer was not found error"!). I tried a last thing as my system was unable to be restored: reinstalled win10 and after the installation I just googled on "Visual C++ pack" and installed the latest C++ packages all together for x86 and x64 also. I still have 90 minutes from the download, but the playable version has started at least without the annoying 0xc000007b error!

I hope it will help for anyone who'll face with this issue in the future.
