Hey @jsteel59,
Try doing a power cycle to clear your Ps4.
1, Turn off your PS4.
2, Once the indicator lights on the front of the PS4 and the console's power are off, unplug the power brick from the back of your console.
3, Wait at least 30 seconds.
4, Plug the power back into your Ps4 and turn it on.

/Aticstill when I launch battlefront 2 on ps4 it is saying launch full game installation progress... 26% it has been this same numbers for 1 hour
- @Chewyfoot69 I finally had Amazon replace the disc - on close inspection it was scratched. This actually solved the problem. Good luck.
