SWB2 PROGRESS GONE (FROM XBOX, now playing PC, worked b4)

I just want to submit a ticket and this is the most difficult time I have had contacting support hahaha.

I played on xbox battlefront II and had lots of progress. I switched to PC. I played on PC before with no issues with my progress. As of most recent I just installed the game through the EA launcher and ALL MY PROGRESS IS GONE HALP.

Thank you kindly I really don't want to restart as fun as the game is! I even tried installing the game from my xbox game pass but its as if its pulling my owned game from EPIC and saying I have no progress.
