SWBF2 asks for registration!

Hello there, 

I bought the game time ago with EPIC Games for free. 
I played for a copule of days last week: today I wanted to play again but it appears the modal in attachment, where it asks me to register the game. 
There's no way to play again. What happened? How to solve this issue?

    Yeah, that sounds odd.

    If someone else doesn't post something here, I suggest you contact EA support directly because they need to be the ones to resolve account issues.

    I would have thought when you started playing last week, you had to establish an EA account, if you didn't already have one. That is the account you should use.

    Actually I have my EA account and linked it with Epic. I tried to “register” the game using my EA credentials but it raises “user or password” error.

    my surprise is on why the game asks for registration now and not from the first time?

     Anyway, EA credentials don’t work.
