My game keeps crashing either at launch or when I try to join a server.
I've already tried deleting the settings folder from my documents, and I've already tried repairing the game.
This is happening on a fresh installation.
DX12 rendering is off.
My dxdiag file is attached.
and you have the latest nvidia driver which is working for me with a GTX 1060.
I would normally say reinstall, as repair doesn't always do it, but you're working with a fresh install.
I'm going to guess there is some driver that's getting in the way - just a matter of finding out which. try looking at some of the other posts for crashes - maybe you'll see something there that helps.
