It seems a Mesh quality problem. Try changing the value of the Mesh quality in SWBFII's graphic settings. The lower the mesh, the nearer to an object you must be to actually render it properly. I play on low settings for everything, except for Mesh Quality exactly because of this. On Kashyyyk as an example, if you're playing on that Huge Tree (Strike, Blast, HvV), with low Mesh quality, whenever you're outside of the tree and look to any of its entrances, you'll see the sky where it should be the interior of the tree.
Try changing the Mesh quality and see if it solves your issue

I'm sorry it didn't help, maybe changing other values could solve it for you, but I have no more clues to why this happens
