    @coldxzeraYeah man, it disappeared when I upgraded my GPU from GTX 970 to RTX 2060

So, everything on low, but mesh on ultra?

    I'm sorry it didn't help, maybe changing other values could solve it for you, but I have no more clues to why this happens
