@CentennialpigonHi - just butting in as another Xbox live player. There are ways to share the XB live gold cost with a good friend and still with all the benefits such as occasional free games etc. I do with my grandson.
Thats good to know. How? Is it like giving your buddy the password to your netflix acct so he can use netflix too?

@Centennialpigon- Make him/her a family member assign his/her Xbox as your Home Xbox and yours as His/her Home Xbox. Doesn't matter if they have a different ISP nor where they live.

Follow the instructions here.
After it is completed on both ends, you can log out of the other one's account and back to your own, just don't delete either account from either console. No further login will be required to the partner account (which is much more convenient compared to Sony's system regarding shared accounts).
For subsciptions, while both parties can use the benefits, there are some restrictions - you can't actually claim XBL Gold games if your account isn't the one with the sub. However, you will be able to use all multiplayer functions (and of course you'll have access to the Gold games when your buddy claims them).
As for EA Access, again, downloading through the Access Hub app won't work if you're not the one with the sub, but if you directly search for a game in the MS Store that's part of the Access Vault, the Install button will be there.

Thanks boys. My little pain is gone and im playing GA, strike and blast again. Question though??? My assault troopers level 22 and im still getting killed with like 1 shot. Whats with that?

Contrary to popular beliefs, the game is not so imbalanced when it comes to trooper levels. I get shot & killed many times with my max. level troopers just as easily by skilled low-level snipers for example.
Of course, you have the perks of better cards on higher levels, but you'll need to learn how to utilise them (and time spent with the game will also make you better, obviously). Simply being on a higher level does not grant you passive advantages like higher health or damage reduction.
If you're struggling with survival, for the Assault class, try using Boost Cards like Assault Training (+HP on kill), Survivalist (HP regen starts earlier), Bodyguard (reduced damage from explosion & poison), and the Toughen Up Ability Card - it replaces the Scan Dart, which is bugged and useless anyway, and gives you instant health boost during its active time (even while being shot).
If you're using melee often, the Brawler Boost Card is also useful, though I've never really tested that, CQC is not really my kind of playstyle, and even if it comes to that, I'd rather just swap to Vanguard.
Also, when you've unlocked all the weapons, try each of them out again. New gun does not mean better gun, it depends on your playstyle - e.g. I'm using A280 for my Assault, and that's the first gun you get, but I like precise bursts on mid-long range rather than the chaotic auto barrage of the CR-2.
- ggibb657 years agoHero (Retired)@Centennialpigon - Ditto to @felker_s. All my troopers & enforcers are maxed out. All my cards are Epic.Still get killed by one shot. What makes it worse is that when I have enough BP's to get a hero (Some maxed & Epic cards) I still get killed easilly. Just part of the game and damn the better players!!!!!

I hear you lads on that, im glad im not alone, but its like i can lay a swath of sentry bullets into one guy (like 15), and when he hits me with 1 or 2 shots and i die i see that ive usually only taken half their health. Do you see this at all?
@Centennialpigon have you noticed if you get the kill after you've died? I've been ranting about the games poor syncing for a while as that sort of thing tends to happen in a lot of different lobbies.
- ggibb657 years agoHero (Retired)@Centennialpigon - Its not how many times you hit them but where you hit them. I use explosive shot in may main heavy weapon and can get quite a few shots into them but still get killed by the same player. The better players alway seem to be able to get headshots (1-2 shot kills) all the time. You will notice by a higher pitched ping sound when you hit them in the head and then they will die almost instantaneously.

For some reason today every post i go into keeps coming up with "i do not have permission to be on this page. I had a big post typed up, posted, got that page, post is gone. To sum that reply im glad to see im not alone. Guess i need to hone my headshots. but it just seems everons got autolock on me and cant miss but i cant hit a wall. ;p

@Centennialpigon- I get that sometimes - I think your connection misfires and it can't find your login. You may find once you connect again, part of your post has autosaved, Check if it has by clicking on reply. You will be asked if you want to load the file.
As for your aim, you don't want to see my vanguard efforts. I can't hit the barn door with that and it's a shotgun.

Glad im not alone. Yeah ive been watching closely where i fire. Head shots really count.
- ggibb657 years agoHero (Retired)@Centennialpigon - They sure do. Pity I couldn't hit their head instead of their feet.
But its like everyone that shoots at me cant miss. Even if they are rocketing through the air, bam perfect shot. Me, im shooting air lol.

@Centennialpigon cannot reiterate enough, the games is out of sync a lot of the time. I hope the update tomorrow sorts it, but I'm not holding my breath
- ggibb657 years agoHero (Retired)@Centennialpigon - Watch a video of the pros playing!! Also the latest modded controllers help do a lot of the work.

Modded controler? You peak my interest. What kind of mods?
- ggibb657 years agoHero (Retired)
There are DIY mod kits and also you can buy already modded controllers. The latter is the best option if you can't solder. Google "Rapid fire mods" or go to this link https://megamodzplanet.com/instructions/xbox-one/mods/rapid-fire. Not all games support them or even want them to be used. They are not a game hack but if you see their specs., you will understand why it would give some players an advantage. In comps, the mods have to be switched off. Personally, I think they are a cheat but then some people may have thought the same when the Xbox Elite controller came out with it's paddle system and hair trigger. I had one which fell apart at about 6 months of usage. Could never get used to it except for the B button paddle (crouch & roll). Now I can't live without it so I modded a standard controller with some parts of the elite to give me the B paddle & hair triggers back.
