The game will freeze and crash

New Nvidia Drivers seem to have sorted things. Though that said, have been here before, where it is fixed for a night and then the next time I come to play it is all broken again, so that was yesterday, so today will be the real test to see if things are truly fixed.

Oh, and incidentally, this is now working at high graphical settings, though I have still kept it in Borderless mode, just to be on the safe side.

Doing the same * again. After a whole night of playing without no issues whatsoever last night? Tonight, towards end of first game? CTD. What on Earth? Makes no sense.

After todays update again nothink changed. Cannot finish second mision in Resurrection campaing (crashed twice already) and GA on Kashyyyk it crashed nearly at the end.

I don´t know what to do anymore I give up.

This has been happening to me since I got the game as well. Sometimes it would last an hour to two hours, now with the update it's closer to an hour at most before crashing.

Before this update i was able to play at least Arcade mode without freezing and crashing as long as i wanted. Today i tried Arcade  and guess what FREEZE AND CRASH. So for now the game is unplayable for me.

Full reinstall

Delete Star Wars BF2 folder under users documents

Repair game.

Launch game, it launched in windowed mode. w/ audio loud as *.  I turned volume back to decent levels and after a round of gamplay went fullscreen.   I have not tried windowed borderless yet as I think that could be the prob maybe? Im not gonna push it Im playing and having fun!

Thanks for the suggestion i will see if this will help, but now is it working well only 3 crashes during Christmas holidays. I don´t know if there was hotfix before Christmas, if yes the problem was nearly solved.

I will report back if it helps after some time. I will give it about 2 weeks. If it will never crash from now for 2 weeks I will gladly accept this as the solution.

Sorry, but i cannot accept this as the solution. It worked fine for some time(no crashing), but now the problem is back.
