the wookie gun cross hairs

how come the wookie gun the cross hairs arent similar to chewy cross hairs. it should be 3 vertical and 4 when in overcharge

    I always thought it was specifically designed that way to different Chewie's bowcaster from others.

    when horizontal only one dot is on the enemy  more should be on them
