Now, in 2024, this problem has been reproduced in BATTLEFRONT 2, making the game unplayable, bc hackers are crashing all servers. Both mod-hacks are created with Frosty Editor and installed through the Frosty mod manager using an fbmod file, EA NEED FIX THIS, we pay money for the game and EA continues selling the game in digital stores, this similar situation in Battlefront 2015 has been one of constant frustration, with community managers repeatedly ignoring our complaints and now the same indifference has been replicated in Battlefront 2, where threads reporting the crash mod issue are ignored.- Battlefront 2015: Hackers crash servers causing all players to be kicked to the menu with the message "You have lost connection to EA servers"- Battlefront 2: hackers crash the servers causing players to be kicked to the menu with CODE ERROR: 209As players who have PAID MONEY for these games, we deserve a solution to this problem. Saturday night and the game simply won't allow me/us to start a game of Galactic Assault. Error code 209. What is going on? Sort this out please!

It doesn't matter if it's Saturday night, Tuesday at noon or Friday morning... GA lobbies WILL NOT be playable until error 209 is fixed by DICE/EA. Apparently hackers can do the same for Supremacy as well.
Only small modes are playable, like Blast or HvV for now.

they just dont listen to the player base we say something wrong they look the other way just like when the 1hp was here took them 6 months to admit it was here and another 3 to fix it plus game magazines started articles about it so then they didnt want any bad press then and then the ball started rolling with a fix. if this many say somethings wrong they should look into not look the other way like nothing is wrong!!

Yes ea sucks. They constantly put out half made games because they know people will buy it. If they put half the amount of effort into the game instead of micro transactions skins and other garbage 9/10 people don’t care about we’d have working games but they choose to code like they have an extra handful of chromosomes.

@drunknut Been playing this game maybe 5-6 months seems to me certain hacks go in waves from flying to aim bot to server crash. This server crash one is absolutely terrible lately ea is a dumpster fire per usual.
