You are certainly entitled to your opinion.
Very unlikely that it would get pulled, as it's been out for almost 4 years and a lot of people like it and are still playing it, despite some of the flaws you've pointed out.

I have to admit, I love this game but most any online (competitive) mode really isn’t playable anymore. Is it me, or are there players with skills registering new accounts to appear as new players? Can you find a game where at least two players aren’t “toxic?” I think after four years, I will limit play to co-op mode.
Honestly, the game brings little joy anymore - and is likely to soon be shelved forever in my home.

@imercier090172 I’ve seen a lot of this. There are a couple of things to note here
1.) there are a lot of video tutorials that promote toxic gameplay strats such as turning up input sensitivity overly high to turn buff Reys dash strike or the Finn glitch. Newer payers see this and lean on those mechanical exploits as good gameplay when it actually isn’t.
2.) the Devs never admitted to this but a number of us on here to tested the game after one of the latter updates noticed differences in class & character stats among players of different levels. We surmised that the tiered progression system was more than what was detailed in the patch notes.
at that time, on the other EA BF2 forums, newer players were upset that experienced players were beating them.
We questioned whether or not the tiered progression staggered character & class stats based on level as a way to smooth new players into the game but we never got a straight answer.
Nobody can say for sure whether or not this is a real thing but, logically though, there isn’t really any other reason why players would want to restart back to 1 and quite a number of us have been seeing that trend.

@imercier090172I'm strictly SFA and co-op now unless I feel like doing a daily challenge that requires 3 matches of Strike, 10 kills in GA etc.
I used to be a fair enough player, but as I've stuck to co-op since it came out, now when I try to do an MP mode other than SFA, I get slaughtered and always live at the bottom of the table...
Sadly, I'm only doing Co-op for the grind hero kills which can be fun, but it's frustrating on some maps, for example Kamino defense. The last stage is so hectic and fun but you have an Anakin camping one spawn and three heavies on the other at the first set of points, so you bever get to the next set. Because you win. I'm happy to farm for the more grindy challenges, but when the timer gets to a minute, I back off and wait far from the action. It's great when you find other seasoned players who do this, but so often it just ends the match 'early'.- 4 years ago
I think you nailed it, my friend. It sounds as if our interests and enjoyment comes from the same place. Maybe things look different when I’m helping wipe out a group of lower level players - but I also find myself straying away from a single-digit player if the game is far too imbalanced. That said, I’m with you - I just get crushed all the time on HVV. But the obvious insults (though silly on screen) make it feel worse.
Either way - it feels good to know someone else is out there who enjoys the game in a similar way. For that, cheers my friend!
