Tl-50 mods still locked after completing all milestones

Summarize your bug I have completed all of the challenges for the tl-50 mods but they are still locked. Is there a way to fix this problem?

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 3:00 pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Blast
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete tl-50 mods. Go to collection in the main menu. Under heavy click on the tl-50 and you will see mods are still locked
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t equip mods for tl-50
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the mods unlocked
