TL50 not unlocking after challenges

I have completed the TL50 challenge almost 4 times, I uninstalled the game one day a while back, during that time I had the gun, but when I reinstalled it was locked and I did the challenge assuming I would unlock it, but to my disappointment it wasn’t granted. Nothing is in the crates area either. What do I do.
