Hi,
I absolutely agree with this comment. Players should not be penalized for quitting out during games. I admit that I occasionally do quit out during games, especially on heroes vs villains. I don't quit deliberately, it's because the matchmaking balancing is so bad that it allows 4 high level players to be matched on one side, then 1 high level player and 3 low level players to be matched on the other side.
What happens is that the 4 high level players stick together and the low level players are left wandering trying to figure out the game. So it's just me against 4 high level players. I try my best and at times do embarrass the 4 high level players. What then happens is they either won't leave me alone all match because they want to take out one of the strongest players first to make it easier for themselves, or they leave me alone and just go after the low level players.
The match quickly becomes dominated by the 4 high level players and the fun element evaporates. Games are meant to be fun, what's the point of playing a game/match that your not enjoying? Play a different game, join another lobby.
I intend no offence to any new or low level players. I was once a new/low level player that had to learn the mechanics of the game. I'm defending both the high level and new/low level players because the matchmaking balancing is unfair for both.
PS. If everyone quits out of the game because of these issues, then the company will have to make changes.
Leave players alone and turn your attention to the owner of the company.
I'm writing this on behalf of some of the comments that I've read in this category.

At this point it’s turned into the exact opposite. If you get a squad of 4 high level players it’s because they’re grouped together in an actual squad group; that’s not likely to be the matchmaking.
most of the HvV matches now are dominated by the lower level players due to the handicap put on higher players.
the matchmaking in this game has never been great but it’s not the game putting 4 high level players together; that’s 4 people in a party playing together; there’s nothing to be done about that.
as far as the quit outs go; I don’t blame players. I know a good amount of long term veteran players quitting because the handicap against them makes the gameplay so poor it’s not worth it.

Hi,
Yes I agree that at times there will be players in a party all grouped together. However, this is happening 80 - 90% of the time. I've observed this by playing 7-8 matches of different players quitting and joining lobby's before the start of the game. For 7-8 matches the other team was dominating. I've also been on the side of the dominating team and not being in a party. I don't need to be in a party because I know what I'm doing and how to use the characters. This to me is happening because the players are experienced and high leveled. The percentage or ratio of 4 players being in a party with different players quitting and joining is unlikely.
I've experimented by quitting out during games and finding another lobby with different players. Yet again, the other team of 4 is still dominating. I quit out again to find another lobby, the same thing happens. Around 80 - 90% of the time I find this is happening, surely not everyone is in a party with a mix of different players quitting and joining. The ratio of finding a balanced game is about 7:1 and at times 5:1.
For every 7 matches there is 1 balanced game.
Or maybe I'm just unlucky at finding balanced lobby's and players in constant party's?.

I’m noticing similar instances but in most cases the dominating team is comprised of lower level characters not higher level.
This is one of the things I’ve been observing since TROS update.
more often I find myself in a match made squad of 3 lower levels and I’m the sole higher level; and often I’ll see that on the other squad; one, maybe two higher levels on the other team.
with the handicap on the higher level players if you’re using a higher level character and have a squad on the opposing team that’s lower level you will likely get steamrolled; easily!
If you have a lower level character you don’t particularly like use them and watch what happens ... killstreak galore!

Hi,
Either way, the matchmaking balancing definitely needs to be improved upon to make it fair for all players.
I haven't monitored the handicap, but thinking back to matches I've played, I'm beginning to wonder... There's been many times during a game where I've said, "what the bleep, that doesn't make sense," I've just been obliterated by a low level 1 who seems to be running, dodging and rolling much faster as though they were playing like an experienced high level player. At times like this I've questioned hacking in the game.
This would explain a lot when I'm playing on CS and GA.
If they solved the matchmaking balancing by putting a mix of 10 high level players on each side and a mix of 10 low level players on each side (these numbers will vary, depending on which game mode you play), this would improve things a lot, but there would still be an unfair advantage.
It's a great time to be a new player...
Frustrating to be a high level player...
