Trigger Lag, Xbox one X and Elite controller

Scenario : Xbox one X with elite controller, playing game and trigger does not always respond straight away, e.g. look down scope and press fire only to have nothing happen. Not all characters are effected, e.g. star fighter is fine, specialist looking down scope will not respond straight away. Heavy trooper sentry skill takes a while to respond. It feels like lag between button press and response of game. Happens in campaign, arcade and MP. Effects characters from heroes ( princess Leia and Boba Fett) to standard classes.

I set the trigger to hair trigger lock on and seems to help a bit but there is still slow response time.

Also getting error 327 mid match, then get error 1006 when I try and start looking for match. ( This is common so thought I would add this info if it effects above )
