Unable to buy game Star Wars Battlefront II

Hi. 

I tried buying the game in the link below, but I'm prompted with error message "Ocorreu um erro" (Portuguese). The same is happening in my mobile phone.

In my PS4 store the game does not even appear to be bought. 

Can you please let me know what is happening?
