What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Milestone completion for a mod, but the mod is still locked and unequipable.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? MASTAChumlee
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/07/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 17:32 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? PNT (MST) - GMT - 7:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how the bug occurred.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot use a mod that you have unlocked in the milestones.
What do you expect to see? Milestone completion, but the mod still being locked.

I am having trouble with the "Reduced Recoil" mod for the weapon EL-16HFE.
 
Going to Career/Troopers, it shows I have completed "EL-16HFE Training Session" with 25/25 progress.
Navigating to the Collection/Assault/Primary Weapon tab, the mod is still locked off, the white bar underneath it is full.
I can equip "Improved Range" mod which is the next milestone.
 
Contacted customer support first, and followed their troubleshooting steps and they did not unlock the mod. I also went into Arcade and unequipped the mods on the EL-16HFE, which still did not unlock the mod.
 
Next, I tried equipping the "Reduced Recoil" and "Improved Range" mods inside of Arcade, I went back to the Collection/Assault/Primary Weapon tab, it was still locked, but it said, "Mods Equipped 2/2."
 
So I joined a game, however, there was no stock on the weapon, and the recoil felt the same.

Basically the same thing for me. Unlocked reduced recoil, but the mod can't equip, and it says that "mods 2/2" are equipped, even though none are equipped. And in game there is no stock and no difference in recoil.
