Unable to claim milestone rewards

I have been playing Battlefront 2 on ps4 and have been unable to get the rewards for my completed milestones, there isn't even a option to claim the rewards when I pull them up under career. I see that this has been an ongoing issue and the fixes I have seen such as clearing cache seem geared towards computer players. Is there a fix for the ps4 and I just missed it or is this an unresolved issue?
