Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

This was fixed for me after the most recent patch (1.03) on Xbox One.

If it is indeed fixed (can someone confirm?) in 1.03, then how can we debug an already bugged situation? I have all of the milestones completed (somehow I managed to claim both The Aggressor and The Defender, long before 1.03), but A Tremendous Service is locked at 25/26. Should I just win on all maps again, and hope for the best? I tried that twice already, but not since 1.03, so who knows.
