Im in the same boat. Spent hours trying to finish the Defender Challenge. After winning on Ryloth I was rewarded both Defender and A Tremendous Service at the end of the match, only to find out when I got back to the main menu it hadn't been recognized. I know I've completed the Defender Challenge at least 2-3 times over. This game is disappointing me more and more everyday.
Adding my voice to this one... stuck one short even though they are all completed in the menu.

Having this issue along with the issue several of us have been having since the game came out where duplicate items are not giving us credit. I hope EA is working on both. If you are having issues with duplicate items not giving you credit please visit this thread and let them know.
