I had this issue too (on the PS4), closing the application and reopening seemed to resolve the issue.
Finished 75 for se-44 and no claim reward. Not the first bug I've run into. level 40 and this is the worst FPS I have ever played.
PLEASE BAN EA AND THEIR DEVELOPERS FROM ANYTHING STAR WARS.

What happens when the bug occurs? I have not received the Iden Versio booster crate from this challenge. Since the challenge now also counts towards the Fight for Freedom faction challenge, the bug also prevents me from receiving the Finn epic crate
What do you expect to see? I'd like to see this bug fixed before the challenge deadline, so I can receive both crates mentioned above
