I grinded for the 500 kill Assault Rifle the EL-16HFE and it literally says 500/500 kills and yet it wont let me claim it. I want it fixed or my money back.
I completed the 500 Heavy Kills career progress (500/500) and I can't claim reward--which is the TL-50 & 200 credits! I am on the PS4 platform. Anyone else having this issue?
Exact same thing for me on PC. Assault class - completed "500 Assault Kills" supposed to unlock EL-16HFE gun. Game clearly shows I got 500/500 kills, but the "Claim" button is disabled. I got out of game and back in. Still shows I completed it, but button still not enabled so I can't claim it to unlock the gun. Played some more Blast, got more assault class kills. Still not able to claim.
Sucks that you can't play the gun you earned. I contacted support and they filed it as a bug. I don't know why it unlocks for some people but not others. I guessed we are hosed. ☹️
