Just started having the same issue. Happens for everything now. It's not even tracking kills or play time.

Come ON EA! Get you act together... great game great graphics but you cannot get the reward system correct.
Jeeze.
This is absolutely unbelievable, this is the kind of thing I would expect from a beta test or a free game. We spent 59.99 on this game; you would think after 3 months, you would have fixed this or at least offered your gamers some kind of compensation for the disaster that has been this progression system. Those of us that went to technical support never received any kind of compensation either. I cannot believe how nonchalant you are about this issue. I'll be sure to leave a very nice review for this game on every platform that I can find.

I can duplicate the bug.
Wont even take account of kills or event taken part in as well. I played the star ship fighting thingy and not got participation in event
This is probably related to the same bug that is not tracking kills/rounds for the TLJ Starfigher assault challenges.
There's no doubt that EA/DICE disabled rewards on purpose. I bet this is going to be their new monetization plan. Earn rewards by playing but you have to pay real money to unlock it. So typical of EA. This is basic software QA to avoid issues like this. To release an update and completely disable the rewards system is nothing but blatant stupidity on EA's part.
Of course server maintenance, but yet no fix for milestone rewards. Seems about par for the course.

I closed the app but it didn't work. mine stuck at 200 heavy kills. i passed 200 heavy kills for FWMB-10K, but i cant claim it !!
Same here. I got a few that i can't claim. Reboot and restart won't seem to help

Well that is STUPID! You get 400 KILL and then have to wait again for the RESENT of the Crate....F-THAT!
