Just started having the same issue. Happens for everything now. It's not even tracking kills or play time.

Come ON EA! Get you act together... great game great graphics but you cannot get the reward system correct.

This is absolutely unbelievable, this is the kind of thing I would expect from a beta test or a free game. We spent 59.99 on this game; you would think after 3 months, you would have fixed this or at least offered your gamers some kind of compensation for the disaster that has been this progression system. Those of us that went to technical support never received any kind of compensation either. I cannot believe how nonchalant you are about this issue. I'll be sure to leave a very nice review for this game on every platform that I can find.
Hello , i'd like to ask you , what's the solution? i've struggled so much for a weapon milestone (cuz i kinda suck at this game , but still love it) and i cant claim it . in fact i can't claim ANYTHING that i complete . thx for answer ^^
