This is very annoying. I spent hours this morning playing Starfighter Assault to rack up kills for the Last Jedi Challenges and none of them counted towards it. Also completed a milestone for Phasma and couldn't claim the reward.
UPDATE:
I can now claim rewards again. It took 2 days, but it seems to have fixed itself.
What I was doing at the time: I was playing the game, fell asleep while it was running, probably got kicked for AFKing, then it idled in menu for the night, and when I came back in the morning I found I could finally claim my rewards again.
I had some take about 30 hours after completion before I was able to claim reward. The problem I'm having now is that I'm playing Blast matches and my progress is 0/0. I don't even like Blast.
UPDATE - yesterday evening when I turned on the PS4 I was still having the same problems. So I completely turned the PS4 off (not just in rest mode as usual) and when I turned it back on and logged in everything was working correctly and has been so far.
